1. Well-known brand LED diode/Led chip: led chip is the most important part for led stripe, it will directly determining the life time, light decay, lumen flux, color uniformity and so on. Everluster mainly use well-know brand as Epistar and Samsung’s LED. Other brands such as Philips, Cree, SANAN, Refond, Hongli and Smalite also be a good choice for some specified lighting projects.
2. Superior FPCB board: The thickness of Fpc will affect the heat dissipation and bending performance. We use at least 2 ounces of Fpc. For some important led strip lighting projects, we take the 3 ounces or 4 ounces pcb in order to ensure the life time.
3. Reasonable power design: Most customers have ignored the power problem; reasonable power design can make the performance of the LED strips to achieve the best. Each strip products designed by our team is in a reasonable power range to maximize the light efficiency and life time.
